Join our INPEX Technology team and play a key role in shaping the future of enterprise applications across our organisation. We’re looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking leader to drive strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our enterprise application landscape - primarily focused on SAP systems.

In this role, you will lead the Enterprise Applications team and work closely with business teams and technology experts to ensure our solutions drive operational excellence and support long-term strategic objectives.

If you’re passionate about technology, thrive on collaboration, and want to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the enterprise applications strategy and roadmaps, aligning technology with business priorities.

  • Collaborate with business units to deliver outcomes through innovative technology solutions.
  • Champion knowledge sharing and user experience within the Enterprise Systems domain.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee and coordinate vendor and partner engagements to ensure service levels are met, support activities are delivered to a high standard, and enhancement work aligns with business priorities and architectural guidelines.

What we’re looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or business information systems.
  • Experience leading enterprise applications in complex organisations, including SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, roadmap development, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • SAP certifications are a plus but not essential.

This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.

Closing date for applications is 19 December 2025. INPEX reserves the right to close applications early should a suitable pool of candidates be identified. Please note that direct feedback on applications will only be provided to interviewed candidates.

We value diversity in our workplace – including beliefs, cultures, and lifestyles, so we can bring our true selves to work every day. If you believe that you have most but not all the requirements outlined above, we encourage you to still apply.

We welcome all candidates to advise us throughout the recruitment process if we can support you with accommodations to make this a more inclusive experience.
