We are seeking a Resourcing & Talent Advisor to join our HR Specialist Services team in Perth on an Employee Continuous contract, working 4 days a week. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across your portfolio, driving outcomes from sourcing through to hire.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to shape role requirements and deliver targeted sourcing strategies.
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to uncover candidate capability, motivation and cultural alignment.
- Contribute to a high-performing resourcing team delivering impactful and high-quality hiring solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with external agencies and oversee contractor recruitment where required.
- Champion a seamless, positive, and consistent candidate experience at every touchpoint.
What we’re looking for:
