We are seeking a Principal Joint Venture Advisor to join our INPEX Joint Venture Management team in Perth. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.
Reporting to the GM of Joint Venture Management key responsibilities include:
- Support the Joint Venture Management Team by maintaining an integrated approach to JV relationships and effective stakeholder engagement and alignment in INPEX joint ventures.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and priorities, as well as the joint venture interfaces necessary to achieve business objectives.
- Establish trust-based relationships with joint venture partners to create alignment across joint venture participants and deliver timely approvals
- Identify opportunities for improving JV engagement to streamline approvals and support institutional knowledge retention.
- Coordinate JV communications, engagements, and message development aligning with strategic goals, including assisting the organization in material preparation and development.
- A deep understanding of governance requirements and provide guidance accordingly.
- Organise and conduct JV meetings, manage requests, and oversee governance conditions.
Successful candidates will have:
- Tertiary degree
- Track record for delivery in current role.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management
- Understanding of Governance requirements
- Ability to influence outcomes through collaboration
- General technical understanding of Oil and Gas facilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills befitting a multicultural environment.
- Work collaboratively as a team player across multiple teams with excellent communication and motivational skills.
