We are seeking a Lead Cost Estimator to join our INPEX Development team in Perth on an Employee 2 Year Max Term contract. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for project CAPEX estimation activities for capital projects in INPEX Australia, as well as coordinating economics studies with Commercial team & Project team.
- Provide cost estimation support to other departments as needed.
- Responsible for performing cost risk analysis.
- Assist Project team in preparing the project development budget.
- Responsible for integration of cost information i.e. Drillex, Facility CAPEX, OPEX. In addition, responsible for maintaining LOF cost phasing.
- Responsible for preparation of cost estimation reports and methodology document.
- Cost data & norms storage in the system for future projects.
- Responsible for conducting cost benchmarking and providing market intelligence.
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Demonstratable experience of cost estimation within oil and gas projects
- PMP strongly preferred
- Proficient with Project Management
- Ability to collaborate well with other team members
- Ability to multi-task
This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
