About the INPEX Graduate Program:
Kickstart your career with the INPEX graduate program – dive into an inspiring and rewarding environment designed to help you thrive.
You'll have the opportunity to learn from talented professionals who value innovation. Experience multiple rotations across various teams, projects, and locations to broaden your skillset and expand your network. Our graduate program spans two years for most disciplines, with a specialised three-year program for Engineering graduates.

Successful candidates will:
- Be currently in the final year of studies of their bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in chemical engineering or similar related degree or; have completed their degree in the last 12 months
- Be motivated, proactive and have genuine interest in the energy industry
- Have excellent communication skills with a strong academic history
- Have a collaborative personality and thrive while working in a team
