We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join the INPEX HSEQ team in Perth on a 12-month employee contract.

This role offers a flexible work arrangement, providing the option for either part-time (0.8) or full-time hours.
About the role:
You’ll provide executive-level support to the Vice President & General Manager, HSEQ, as well as administrative support to the broader HSEQ leadership team. Your days will be dynamic, and your role will be central to keeping the team running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars, coordinating travel, processing expenses, and event support.
- Raising purchase requisitions and orders (PR/PO), cost reconciliation.
- Liaising with corporate, site, and local teams to support seamless operations.
- Preparing and coordinating materials for key meetings and reports.
- Supporting key organisational roles (training provided):
- Office First Aider
- Crisis Management Team Log Keeper
- Change Champion
About you:
You’re highly organised, tech-savvy, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You bring a positive attitude and are ready to hit the ground running.
You’ll bring:
- Year 12 and a Cert IV in Business Administration (or similar).
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SAP, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities.
- The ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt quickly.
