We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Operations Support Centre (OSC) Lead to join our Facilities Engineering team here in Perth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential surveillance support to various teams, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive.
  • Provide centralized integrated frontline support for INPEX Operated assets
  • Maintain alignment and integration of activities across multiple departments and operating assets
  • Deliver effective coordination between assets for short and midterm operational issues
  • Ensure pro-active engagement with Operations, production surveillance and process optimization
  • Development and delivery of a long-term operating strategy to improve efficient delivery of operation support from Perth to all operating Assets
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Asset Health Indicators (AHI) digital initiative, pioneering new ways to enhance our operations.
  • Ensure surveillance activities assigned to the OSC team are performed as per monitoring requirements.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Tertiary Degree, Diploma, or Technical Qualifications in a relevant discipline (such as Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Instrumentation, and Control).
  • Proven success in your current role, with this position offering a key development opportunity for individuals ready to take on new challenges.
  • Strong ability to listen actively and identify key issues from detailed, multi-disciplinary information.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive and contribute positively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Confidence in managing meetings and collaborating effectively with senior staff across the INPEX organization.
  • A collaborative team player with outstanding communication and motivational skills, capable of working seamlessly across multiple teams

 

This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
