About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced operations professional to step into a highly visible role at the centre of operational decision-making and support.

As an Operations Representative, you'll act as the operational voice of the asset within the Operations Support Centre (OSC), ensuring operational priorities, risks and support requirements receive the visibility, focus and support needed to deliver safe, reliable and efficient operations.

Working across Operations, Engineering and Technical Support teams, you'll play a key role in connecting people, priorities and technical expertise to solve operational challenges, improve performance and support production outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Represent the operational needs and priorities of the offshore asset within the OSC.
• Provide operational insight and situational awareness to support decision-making and issue resolution.
• Build strong relationships across Operations, Engineering and Technical Support teams to ensure priorities are understood and progressed.
• Communicate operational risks, constraints and emerging issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Support production optimisation, operational performance and reliability outcomes.
• Drive effective communication, coordination and issue management across multiple teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational support and business performance.

What You'll Bring

We'd particularly like to hear from people with experience in offshore operations, LNG, gas processing, production operations, maintenance, operations support or similar complex process industries.

You'll also bring:

• Experience working within oil and gas, production, maintenance or operations support environments, especially on offshore assets.
• A strong understanding of operational priorities within a complex processing facility.
• Experience working across Operations, Engineering and Maintenance teams.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to communicate operational risks, priorities and issues clearly and confidently.
• Sound judgement and the ability to balance safety, reliability and production outcomes.
• A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.

Desirable Experience

• Operations, engineering or maintenance experience within offshore oil & gas process facilities or LNG / gas processing facilities.
• Experience coordinating operational issues, risks and support activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of operational risk management, reliability improvement and production optimisation practices.
