We are seeking an HR Business Partner Offshore to join our INPEX HR team based offshore across our CPF and FPSO. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute a high standard of HR support to business stakeholders on the offshore assets.
- Deliver a full range of high-quality HR services, including: supporting offshore management with all aspects of human resources and employee relations management; employee relations issue resolution; consultation and advice on areas such performance management and standards and conditions of employment; review and update of policy and procedures; offshore resourcing requirements; salary and benefits administration; disputes and grievance handling.
- Support the business with roll-out of employee-based initiatives.
- Portray and promote a strong service culture to the Operations Division, establishing a relationship where you are part of the business.
- Development and delivery of training material targeted to assist in education of personnel, supervisors and managers on HR best practice and Company standards and procedures.
- Establish relationships with the workforce and support both the employees and leadership in establishing an engaged workplace.
Key qualifications, skills and experience required:
- Relevant Tertiary qualification (in HR or similar)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a generalist HR role at a professional level with additional other related experience.
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Demonstrated experience in site-based contexts
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on HR projects.
- Experience in managing grievances and conducting workplace investigations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization, especially with frontline employees.
- Ability to demonstrate well developed knowledge and experience of applicable legislation including the Fair Work Act 2009, Modern Awards and the National Employment Standards.
