We are seeking a CCS Project Integration Manager to join our INPEX Operations & Development team in Perth on a 2-year max term contract.

 

The role is responsible for full endtoend ownership of the Bonaparte CCS project, ensuring delivery of all integrated work scopes need to support a future Final Investment Decision (FID) on schedule while achieving longterm value through safe, reliable, efficient, and scalable CCS operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the Bonaparte CCS project team, including responsibility and oversight for all technical, commercial and regulatory workstreams to ensure delivery of the overall project and business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration across the various project and business functions, with a focus on working the interfaces and looking broadly across the project, enabling the functions to focus on their core scopes, processes and interface needs.
  • Coordinate timely and accurate provision of information from any related or interdependent projects and potential customers, in accordance with appropriate confidentiality protocols, to support the required environmental and regulatory approvals.
  • Provide direction and support the integrated team to identify and assess risks, using current industry guidance, apply riskbased decisionmaking to manage uncertainty, and manage project changes by evaluating impacts on approvals and schedules to support informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including government and partners.

 

What we’re looking for:

A strong leader from diverse functional backgrounds and experiences. You will be a strong fit for this role if you bring: 

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
  • Significant experience within the Oil & Gas sector or similar capitalintensive industries, including major projects, leading crossfunctional, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, commonwealth and Northern Territory approvals, commercial and technical issues.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills (including executive-level engagement) with a demonstrated ability to engage with all levels and multiple functions/disciplines.
  • Ability to frame complex strategic issues and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to arrive at high-value solutions with a demonstrated aptitude for group problem solving.
  • A high level of integrity and commitment to safety and project excellence.

 

This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
